Late 19thC Elm & Beech Smoker's Bow Armchair
A nice, sturdy example in good condition and with strong patination throughout, having lovely bow arms with scrolled hand-holds and a shaped back-rest, all on good turned spindles over a wide saddle seat, on substantial turned legs with tapered feet, united by a hand-shaped & turned H-stretcher, this great smoker's bow armchair will impress in any home, whether period-furnished or more contemporary in style, fully-deserving of the admiring attention it will undoubtedly attract.

This chair dates from the late 19thC, so you may expect the mature character & patina of age, together with wear & tear commensurate with normal use and some very fine paint spatters but, in all other respects, it's in good, clean & sound condition and is ready to use in your home.
