19thC Mahogany Tilt-Top Table with Oval Top & Tripod Base
An exemplary small early Victorian mahogany piece in very good condition, with a tilting oval top that has a reeded edge, supported on a nicely-turned gun barrel column, on a tripod base of over-swept legs on spade feet, this modest but stylish wine or lamp table will charm in any tastefully-furnished home, whether period-inspired or more contemporary in design and is certain to attract the admiring attention of your guests.
Length of Top 58cm x Width 44cm (22.75" x 17.25")
Height with Top Up 100cm (39.5") & with Top Down 69.5cm (27.35")
As this piece most likely dates from around the middle of the 19thC you may expect the mature character & patina of age plus minor wear & tear commensurate with normal use but, otherwise, it's in very good, clean & sound condition and is ready to use in your home.
