A top quality Edwardian mahogany piece in very good condition and remarkable for the fact that it has no maker's mark, with beautifully grained oval top, ebony-strung and cross-banded at the margins and with double cock-beaded edge, over a plain frieze with moulded lower edge and inset with Adam style swagged panels to the sides & ends, together with smaller plain moulded panels over each of the four legs, which are square, tapering and crisply-fluted, on the original brass shoes & casters, the legs united by crossed and over-arched stretchers bearing a moulded oval plate at their centre, this fine occasional or centre table will impress in the most elegant of homes, whether period-furnished or more contemporary in style, fully-deserving of the admiring attention it is sure to attract.

This piece dates from the first decade of the 20thC, so you may expect the mature character & patina of age, together with minor wear & tear commensurate with normal use but, in all other respects, it's in very good, clean & sound condition and ready to use in your home.
