A fine late Georgian piece in very good condition, made with a pine carcass, solid mahogany cornice & mouldings, flame mahogany veneer to the doors and a plain, finely-grained veneer to the front side panels, the projecting cornice with stepped mouldings over dentils and a concave neck, over cock-beaded doors and side panels, together with bead-moulded cover strip where the door edges meet, the right-hand door on brass hinges with brass keyhole and working lock & key, the left-hand door on brass hinges and secured on an internal hook & eye fitting, the doors opening to reveal four graduated compartments divided by three shelves with shaped front edges, all on a small moulded & projecting plinth, this elegantly-restrained wall-hung corner cabinet is both stylish and eminently practical and will impress in any tastefully-appointed home, fully-deserving of the flattering attention it will surely attract.

Cabinet Radius 43.5cm (c17") but 47.5cm (18.75") at the Cornice & O/All Height 102.5cm (40.25")

This piece dates from around the turn of the 19thC, so you may expect the mature character & patina of considerable age plus minor wear & tear and the R/H door hangs slightly proud but, in all other respects, it's in very good, clean & sound condition and is ready to be used in your home.
