19thC Mahogany Washstand with 3/4 Gallery Top & Under Tier
A good example of a mahogany washstand from around 1830-50?, in very good condition with 3/4 gallery top and scrolled sides, a figured top with rounded edges to front & sides, over a plain frieze incorporating two in-line drawers with turned handles, all on ring-turned & tapering supports, united by a concave-fronted platform under tier, this lovely antique piece will charm in any elegant home, whether period-furnished or more contemporary in style and is sure to attract the flattering attention of family & guests alike.
